1. Service Description

ComplySync provides automated SOC2 compliance evidence collection and reporting services. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Requirements

To use ComplySync, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your credentials
• Have authority to connect GitHub repositories

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Plans include:

• Solo: $49/month - 1 repository
• Team: $99/month - 5 repositories
• Scale: $199/month - Unlimited repositories

All plans include a 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime with no penalty.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or copy our software
• Resell or redistribute our reports without permission

5. Compliance Disclaimer

ComplySync helps collect and organize compliance evidence, but does not guarantee SOC2 certification. Certification decisions are made by auditors. Our reports are tools to assist your compliance journey, not a substitute for professional audit services.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide. We have a license to process your data solely to provide the service. Compliance reports generated are owned by you.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for damages from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
